One fee model: 20% on new profits above your high-water mark, no management fees. Every subscription dollar is credited against those commissions, and credits never expire.

What is Crypto XLNC?

Automated crypto investing through Separately Managed Accounts. Our system trades a disciplined strategy directly inside your own exchange account, and real humans guide you the whole way. It is not copy-trading and not a signals group — it is direct execution in an account you own and see every day.

Do you ever hold my money?

Never. You open an account at a regulated exchange in your own name. We connect with trade-only API permission: the system can execute the strategy but can never withdraw, move, or touch your funds. Your assets are never pooled and never held by XLNC.

What are the fees?

A 20% performance fee on net new profits above your high-water mark. No management fees. Every account also carries an infrastructure subscription: $50 a month for Standard, $100 for Concierge, $200 for Platinum. Every dollar of it is credited back against your commissions when profits come in, so it is an advance, not an added cost.

Which exchanges are supported?

Kraken, Coinbase, OKX, and Bybit (where permitted). Eligibility depends on your tax residence and each exchange’s rules — we confirm the right fit during onboarding.

What is the minimum capital?

Minimum initial capital is $10,000 USD. Accounts of $100,000 and above receive Concierge service with a dedicated account executive. Accounts of $500,000 and above qualify for Platinum, with Sim as your personal account executive. Institutional accounts from $1M by arrangement.

Do you use leverage or futures?

No. Spot only. No futures, no leverage, no margin. The strategy earns its results from disciplined entries (Katana Catch) and disciplined exits (Atreidis), not from borrowed risk.

Can I deposit or withdraw whenever I want?

Yes — you keep full control of deposits and withdrawals at all times. The only ask: the trading account stays dedicated to the strategy, with no manual trading in it, so the system’s record stays clean.

How do I start?

The application takes 5–10 minutes. Once approved, you receive step-by-step instructions to open your exchange account and connect it with trade-only keys. From first step to full flight, a real human walks you through it.

What support do you provide?

All clients receive email and Telegram support plus the Academy. Concierge and Platinum clients receive priority support, a private chat group, and direct account management.

What is the infrastructure subscription?

Standard accounts pay $50 a month, Concierge $100, Platinum $200, or ten months’ price for a full year. It covers the infrastructure and operations behind the system, which Sim carried personally until now. Every dollar is credited against your future performance commissions at each profit-taking point, and credits never expire.

What happens to my subscription credits if there is no profit for a while?

They wait. Credits carry forward until the next profitable cycle and are applied against the commission on that cycle. Nothing expires.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, at any time, through your Stripe customer portal. It ends at the close of the paid period. Any credits already accumulated stay on your account.

Which tier am I in?

Your tier follows the current balance of your trading account. We review it at every profit-taking point and whenever you deposit or withdraw, and your account executive will let you know if it changes.
